Hey, I'm Madi!
I founded the Save Bird Island Initiative because the island is eroding, stranding boats and threatening the winter home of Pelina the Pelican and her flock. Without action, these beloved birds could lose their roost—and our lake would lose part of its soul.
Now, I’m forming the Bird Island Brigade to rally our community, hit the streets, and gather signatures to present to the SJRA. But we can’t do it alone—your help is what keeps us moving.
